Last week's Chat Classes had Food and the environment as their theme....and we went to visit Ben and Jerry's...mmm delicious. Fun place. Very good illustration of the industrial process of making ice-cream. It also tied in with the environmental theme I used in a couple of my private classes. Recycling of materials; thats the way to do lessons. Was great fun. Goodday Tomorrow.
